ICC is organizing its first-ever conference on Cross Border Sales, under the auspices of the Commission on Commercial Law and Practice, with the theme “What is the best legal framework for business-to-business contracts?” on 19 April in London.

ICC issues updated Model International Franchising Contract
Paris, 26 May 2011   ICC has released a revised and updated version of its widely acclaimed Model International Franchising Contract, first issued in 2000. The revised version, which includes a number of new features, is the result of several months of work by a drafting group headed by Fabio Bortolotti Chair of the ICC Commission on Commercial Law and Practice.
